Teflon lined and covered steel brake lines / hoses, called STEELFLEX. These replace the original rubber type hoses which expand when you step on the brakes. This causes a mushy brake pedal feel and does not have the more immediate stopping effect of the STEELFLEX Lines, which also last much longer than the original hoses.
